Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support through the ticketing system, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve web hosting issues (DNS, FTP, PHP errors, etc.).
  • Assist customers with cPanel/WHM and hosting-related tasks.
  • Support open-source apps such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
  • Collaborate to ensure smooth operations of shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated services.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • 1 year hands-on experience with cPanel/WHM in the web hosting industry.
  • Solid understanding of shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated hosting.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
  • Strong troubleshooting for DNS, FTP, email, PHP-based errors, etc.
  • Good written and spoken communication.
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have (Optional)
  • Linux admin knowledge beyond cPanel.
  • Exposure to Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed.
  • Familiarity with CSF, Imunify360, ModSecurity.
  • Basic scripting (Bash/PHP/Python).
