Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through the ticketing system, phone, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web hosting issues (DNS, FTP, PHP errors, etc.).
- Assist customers with cPanel/WHM and hosting-related tasks.
- Support open-source apps such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Collaborate to ensure smooth operations of shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated services.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- 1 year hands-on experience with cPanel/WHM in the web hosting industry.
- Solid understanding of shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated hosting.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
- Strong troubleshooting for DNS, FTP, email, PHP-based errors, etc.
- Good written and spoken communication.
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Linux admin knowledge beyond cPanel.
- Exposure to Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed.
- Familiarity with CSF, Imunify360, ModSecurity.
- Basic scripting (Bash/PHP/Python).
